2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to answer you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the referring page or search term that brought you here.

2.3 What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, health information about you. Do not send us symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists or test results. We are a publisher, we cannot advise on them, and we do not maintain systems designed to hold sensitive health data.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To operate and secure the site — legitimate interest.
• To answer your messages — to take steps at your request.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate — consent, where required, otherwise legitimate interest.
• To measure advertising and comply with our obligations to advertising partners — consent, where required.
• To comply with law — legal obligation.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Strictly necessary — to make the site load and function. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — to count visits and see which pages are read, in aggregate.
• Advertising and attribution — to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit, and to limit repeated advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

5. Third parties that may receive data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by:

• Our hosting provider, to serve the site.
• Analytics providers, to produce aggregate usage statistics.
• Advertising platforms (which may include Microsoft Advertising, Google and comparable networks), for advertising measurement and attribution.
• Merchants you choose to visit through a link on this site, which then applies its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Email correspondence: up to 24 months after the matter is closed. Analytics and advertising data: up to 26 months. Anything we are legally required to retain: for the period the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• portability of your data to another provider;
• information about with whom we have shared your data;
• withdrawal of consent, at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to contact@getehshealth.com with the subject line Data request. We respond within 15 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
